Over 28+ years of innovation and development

PT Zeus Kimiatama Indonesia (Zekindo) was established in 1998, beginning with the development of cooling water treatment chemicals through a simple blending process. Over the past 27 years, Zekindo has grown into a specialty chemicals provider serving a wide range of industrial sectors across Indonesia and international markets.

1998

PT Zeus Kimiatama Indonesia was established

2005

Commenced operations at the first Blending Plant in Greenland, Deltamas

2006

PT Acme Indonesia was established through the incorporation of Acme Chemicals (Far East) Pte. Ltd., Singapore

2007

Started the first export shipments to Malaysia and Thailand

2012

Achieved ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management accreditation

2014

Commenced operations at the Cikarang Plant, a water-based production facility with a capacity of 20,880 m³ per year

2016

Started operations at the Marketing Office in Alam Sutera, Tangerang

2018

PT Powerindo Kimia Mineral was established, focusing on specialty chemicals and engineering services for the mining, mineral processing, and water treatment industries

2019

Achieved ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System), ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety Management), and HAS 23000 (Halal Assurance System) certifications

2020

Achieved TKDN certification for Corrosion Inhibitor, Viscosity Reducer, Scale Inhibitor, Pour Point Depressant, H₂S Scavenger, Oxygen Scavenger, Demulsifier, and Foamer/Defoamer

2021

PT Zeus Kimiatama Indonesia was awarded the 2021 Rintisan Teknologi Industri for Amine Resin Synthesis in Paint Spray Booth Detackifier
PT Powerindo Kimia Mineral, a subsidiary of PT Zeus Kimiatama Indonesia, won the Mind ID competition held by the Indonesian Mining BUMN Holding

2022

Expanded operations to the new plant at Kota Bukit Indah, Purwakarta—dedicated as an R&D center and solvent-based production facility

2023

Recognized as an Honorable Member of the ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organizations (AFEO)
Received the Ganesa Widya Jasa Utama Award from the Rector of ITB, Prof. Ir. N. R. Reini Djuhraeni Wirahadikusumah, MSCE, Ph.D.
Expanded factories and production facilities to Jababeka, Cikarang

2024

Received the Industrial Technology Pioneer Award from the Ministry of Industry in 2023 (Corrosion Inhibitor) and 2024 (Pour Point Depressant)
